Hi Alexander,

Sorry but I can't reveal the exact niches because that would harm my own campaigns. There are thousands of people on my long tail treasure list and unfortunately some of them would love to just jump in and copy/compete directly against my campaigns.

In the course I'll be showing you everything I did in my campaigns except the exact niche product itself.

I can tell you however that there are 3 mega niches that are always the easiest to sell in; Make Money, Health & Fitness, and Relationships.

I work in the make money niche and the one that actually doesn't really fit these which is the pet niche. Unless you want to call pets "relationship" niche.

For instance the money niche includes IM, but not for me. My money niche stuff is non IM because if there's one place in the money niche you'll find very heavy marketing competition is selling marketing stuff.

If your niche doesn't isn't a sub niche of one of the three mega niches then chances are it's going to be more difficult to market.

Having said that there are other niches that have rabid followers and are certainly profitable. For instance, I'm not sure fishing is a health and fitness sub niche (maybe is it), but people who are into fishing are REALLY into fishing. Get what I mean?

You want to find fanatics.

Regarding my list building methods, many of them are the same and some are different. There are some basic underlying principles of list building that once you get them then you'll be generating 100's of ideas of your own in no time.

The idea is to use Optin Profits to cover the basics underlying principles. I'll add my experiences into the mix and then do a Q&A.

So my seminars are mostly open Q&A format to help people if they are struggling to get some of the ideas in Optin Profits or if they have additional list building questions that I can help them with.

cheers,
Todd

Hi Todd,

Could you please advise what are these 2 non IM niches where you’ve been working on building case studies for your affiliate marketing methods?
And, how your method of building list is different from Ewen Chia's Optin Profits, particularly in non-IM niches?

Hello,

it's funny that you should mention incorporating. its a serious matter as more and more internet marketers increase their income, they need to learn how to protect it from taxes and liability, as Todd mention.

I have a blog talk radio show on setting up an LLC and will have an upcoming episode on Tues, with a guest from a firm who do nothing but set up LLCs in Nevada, over 20 years. Nevada is now the number 1 place in the U.S. to incorporate. only one person is required. anyway, he will go into detail about LLC setup. and i think you can use Nevada even if you're outside of the U.S.

I know Todd is super busy, but I would like to have him as a guest one day. Todd you would be a very valuable guest.

anyway, tune in, if you get the chance.

Hi Kim,

Setting all this up for the first time can seem a bit confusing for sure. I did some step by step material in the previous version of my course which is now off-line ... but you can still access the email lesson here

http://www.longtailtreasure.com/LongTailTreasureChest/LongTailTreasureECourse-09.html

The Optin-Profits from Ewen Chia is actually pretty good in this respect.

However, in case there are still questions about the specific steps after going through the Optin Profits guide then that is exactly what the 2 free Q&A seminars I'm holding are all about.

If you're signed up for my course and are on my newsletter then you would have just received an email about this a few minutes ago.

I'm going to do a quick blog post about it in a couple minutes as well.

cheers,
Todd

That must be nice to receive that amount of cash. here lies my problem, how do you make a squeezepage? I know their are builders for that, plus you need a autoresponder. So can you or someone else tell me in order, diagram it, or show me what are the steps to do this? Like A. link autoresponder to ______! B. Put in autorespondercoder code______. etc.. etc..

Hey Todd! Sounds like you're doing WONDERFULLY with Eban's course! That's GREAT to hear! I hope that at some point my own internet marketing endeavors will be able to pay for me to take the course later on because it looks as though you're doing really well.

At current rate, I'm working with Adeel Chowdhry and Bobby Walker. I don't know if you're familiar with them, they're doing pretty impressive stuff on Clickbank.

Right now they've got a coaching program up, too. Not sure how it'll stack up to Eban's but we'll see - tonight is the first webinar! I'm really excited!

Check it out if you get a chance down the line - I'm sure that you'll like it!

hey Kirk,

Not being an account or attorney this should NOT be taken as financial or legal advice ... but I think it makes sense to incorporate once you're sure this is the business you want to be in.

Different countries have different laws, but in most countries it not only makes sens from a tax perspective but also from a liability perspective.

Not only that, but JV partners will often take you more seriously if they see you're taking your business more seriously as well.

The next course is going to ROCK! But the first release of it it will likely be very limited in terms of the number of people I let in so keep your eyes on your email for notification about it so you don't miss the boat.

cheers,
Todd

Hi Todd

what do you recommend for people starting to make serious money, as far as incorporating yourself, hiring an accountant...?

Cant wait until your next course!

Thanks! :)

I'm glad you're going to give it a try. I just makes so much business sense to capture your leads whenever you can. Since your money comes from your customers it only pays to have mode leads so you can get more customers. Just give them a lot of good info that makes you valuable. Just help them and it will all work out.

I'm getting pretty pumped about the new course too. It's radically different in some ways and just enhanced in other ways.

The basic method in the course is really powerful because it allows you to build a real business around your affiliate marketing not just a campaign.

cheers
